The focus of Erin’s post-graduate study was on CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger Institute), in which she is now one of the highest-level CranioSacral Therapy practitioners in Australia. She has a special interest in an integrated approach to manual medicine. Particularly looking at the role of emotion and stress in chronic and complex pain and dysfunction. Her philosophy is one of facilitating the body's own self-correcting mechanisms. Through this, her clients gain awareness and understanding of their own bodies and psyches empowering them to be able to have an active and creative role in their own health and well-being.
